Max Potential relies on the generosity and commitment of partners to deliver quality youth development programs, year after year. Max Potential brings together the community across all sectors – Clubs, schools, business, government and not-for-profits. We are grateful to the hundreds of organisations and individuals who continue to support the development of our future leaders.

The Future Leader Group runs Max Potential as part of the suite of community programs. The focus is on shaping leaders to be ready for the future. Through strategy creation, culture change and leadership development, The Future Leader is seeking to cultivate a generation of emotionally intelligent people, culturally aware teams and agile organisations.

Educar Foundation Ltd is a strategic partner with Max Potential. Educar exists to advance education, particularly in the areas of leadership and personal development. Educar is a not-for-profit registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission.

ClubsNSW has partnered with Max Potential since the program began as a way for Clubs to invest in developing local young people. Clubs are not-for-profit organisations that exist to give back to their local communities, home to more than 6.7 million memberships.

The Centre for Volunteering is the peak body in NSW promoting and supporting volunteering and community participation. The School of Volunteer Management (RTO code 90031), the training arm of The Centre for Volunteering and a registered training organisation, offers training in Certificate I in Active Volunteering (CHC14015) to Max Potential participants.

Clubs are the driving force behind the Max Potential program: the major sponsors and hosts. We are proud to partner with the following Clubs to deliver quality leadership development for local young people and volunteer community and business leaders.

Supporting Organisations

Max Potential relies on the generosity and support of businesses and local Councils to sponsor young adults in their leadership development. Many sponsors encourage their staff to participate as community coaches, making a difference in a young person’s life while also receiving professional development in coaching.

Max Potential is proud to partner with 40+ schools across NSW. For many, Max Potential is a strategic part of their leadership development plan for students: 90% of schools value highly the personal leadership focus of the program. Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, schools offer Max Potential scholarships to their students at no charge.
